This is going to vary depending on the individual. If you’re rebounding from an injury, it would be good to see a trainer 1-2 times per week.

You should expect to feel the results of your training program before you see the results of it. For example, improvements in your energy level and sleep will likely be noticed in 2-3 weeks. Changes in your body compostion will take longer.

It is recommended that adults engage in a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate cardio activity or 75 minutes of vigorous cardio activity each week.

Although cardio is great for strong lungs and hearts, it doesn’t give your body what it needs to grow bigger and stronger muscle.

In most cases, the results are the same regardless of which you do first. So engage in your training program components in the order that will help you consistently keep it up.

Eating a carbohydrate that can be easily digested an hour before your workout is a good idea. Fruit and yogurt or toast and peanut butter are good options. Just don’t overdo it or else it will make you feel heavy and sluggish.

Eating after a workout is important because you need to feed the muscles that you just trained. It’s suggested that you have a small portion of easily digested carbohydrates and protein within an hour. Then have a meal an hour or two later.

There is no exercise regimen that will eliminate fat cells in one particular part of the body. An overall regimen of exercise and good nutrition is necessary.

The best diet is the one that you can stick with. A diet that is sustainable and steady is the key.

When your exercise routine is progressed in a consistent way, your body will continue to need to adapt to your training program. The goal is to move forward in your training at a reasonable pace.
